Hot topics

There are a number of issues that the MSLC is currently looking into and which we’d welcome your views on. Our 'hot topics' at the moment are

• Using complementary therapies in labour

Have you done this? Would you like to do so? Would you like to see complementary therapies provided at the Rosie? If so, which ones?

• Having a caesarean
• Being induced
• Giving birth to a breech baby

Have you had experience of any of these? What did you think of the care you received in relation to them? Are you facing the possibility of any of them at the moment? Are your needs being met? What about having a caesarean or being induced on request – do you think women should be able to do this?
